Bird Hunts

Bird Hunting in Eastern Oregon is exciting!
Each type of bird offers a unique hunting experience.

Pheasant hunting

Pheasant:

The modern Pheasant can run like a Roadrunner or sit until flushed. For this reason, most of our hunts involve blocking the ends of ditches, fence rows and fields while others drive the birds. The land that we hunt on has been and continues to be some of the finest habitat for upland birds. We have several thousand acres of prime Pheasant hunting including creeks, corn fields, ditches, stubble, and cattails. We can take groups ranging in size from 3-10.

Quail hunting

Quail:

Quail hunting offers lots of action and excitement. Hunting creeks, ditches, and sage brush will provide you with some of the finest and most exciting shooting experiences in the West. We prefer to hunt Quail in smaller groups of 2-6 people, although, if you have a larger group we have enough ground to meet that need as well.

Chukar hunting

Chukar:

The Chukar may be the most challenging and rewarding game bird that we hunt and the chance for a successful hunt is often greatly enhanced by your own good physical condition. You may choose a wide-open Chukar only hunt, or you can choose one of our easier areas to hunt that combines both Chukar and Quail.

Duck hunting

Duck:

The Duck hunting that we offer is mainly jump shooting. This exciting, high-energy bird hunting option is a great add-on to a late season Quail hunt.
